FROM LENTZ TO HARRISON

Pessoal, nosso querido George faria 67 anos no último dia 25 de fevereiro. God bless you, George!

E foi com muita emoção que nós da Beatles Brasil recebemos uma gravação do nosso companheiro de lista, o Prof. Guilherme Lentz, cantando Fill My Heart With Love, uma bela canção de sua autoria feita em tributo à George Harrison. O professor Lentz fala um pouco sobre ela:

"Apesar de muito palpiteiro, realmente não sei cantar, nem tocar violão, nem compor, nem fazer versos. Descobri que tenho muito a aprender quanto a preparar um bom som para ser capturado também. Mexer no MovieMaker, não consegui. Cortei até o iniciozinho da canção.

Mas, enfim, esse é meu tributo ao George, que eu queria acrescentar às homenagens que ele recebeu no dia 25 de fevereiro. É uma frasezinha que venho dedilhando desde que o George adoeceu, inventando pedaços de letra só mesmo para cantar junto. Nos últimos dias achei um jeito no refrão e acabei chegando no ponto de definir a canção. Acho que falta uma letra melhor e talvez uma boa enxugada, mas está aí.".
